Watching my weight...go down

Jasmine Rice is fragrant and delish--I usually use brown jasmine but we were out.
Fresh veggies and organic chicken in a light sesame sauce
Quick and healthy weeknight meal! Perfect for my weight watcher's plan.

WW is a great program (I am a life-time member). So balanced, so reasonable, it takes into account just about every health issue and eating preference.
