Something's Fishy 'Round Here

Oyster's....I love thee. I do not know why my photos are "out of order"....but oh well.

Love scallops over porccinni pasta with three kinds of mushrooms...and swiss chard.

I can shuck oyster's with the best of 'em. Not really...but I can get those suckers open.

I haven't had oysters in years!! I was allergic to shell fish for a good portion of my adult life, but no more.

The scallops over pasta looks and sounds so very good! I'll have to make that for the folks -- they would love it.

The recipe is online...somewhere. Seriously. I looked up scallops and pasta. I bought the porcinni pasta at Corti's and got the best ever scallops at Taylor's Market. Dry scallops. Just used olive oil, garlic, real parm grated over...and the chard from the garden...and button mushrooms, porcinni mushrooms, and a few chantarelles.

Forgive the spelling. Don't care. :)
