I haven't had oysters in years!! I was allergic to shell fish for a good portion of my adult life, but no more.The scallops over pasta looks and sounds so very good! I'll have to make that for the folks -- they would love it.
So, Melly, send me the recipe!!
The recipe is online...somewhere. Seriously. I looked up scallops and pasta. I bought the porcinni pasta at Corti's and got the best ever scallops at Taylor's Market. Dry scallops. Just used olive oil, garlic, real parm grated over...and the chard from the garden...and button mushrooms, porcinni mushrooms, and a few chantarelles.Forgive the spelling. Don't care. :)
