On the Lamb..again



I always cut slits in the lamb and fill with a mixture of rosemary, garlic, and lemon...then put lemons and lemon pepper on the outside. So Greek of me.




Smashed potatoes and lamb gravy, lamb, and mint sauce. Oh yes!

Oh my god this made me gasp...that meat is so beautifully cooked! And lemon is genius, I have to say I've never had lemon with lamb but damnit, I'm going to start.
