Sure, it would be nice if the pictures were in order, but am having techdif with uploading photos right now. hmmmmmm. Anyway, here's how I made the short ribs over eggs noodles...just not in order but you are smart, and can figure it out! [did anyone else know that eggs had noodles?]

This little baby loves short ribs too! Next to lamb, they're my favs. They look good enough to cuddle up with :)
I got the short ribs at Raley's...and they were marked down because the date to sell expired that day...got em for about 3 bucks a pack!! How's that for savings? I was thrilled!
Short ribs mounded over some good, buttery mashed potatoes. It just doesn't get much better than that. Yum!
