Lasagna...and sardines?

I made a batch of lasagna for us and the folks!
My favorite? Great canned Italian Sardines from Corti Brothers...with a "dusting" of cream cheese on a whole grain cracker. Omega 3, fiber, and pure yummy goodness. My husband, Dave, thinks I am nuts.

I remember eating sardines on saltines with my father when I was very young, and liking them.

Maybe I'll give them a try again as I don't care for any of the other OMega 3 laden fish. (tuna, salmon are really the only ones I know about.)

Oh man! I'm getting the kids today. I have to come up with a lunch and a dinner.

"Aunt Peg, can we look in the candy drawer?"

"O.K."

"Aunt Peg, there isn't any candy in here!"

"Do I have any cigarettes left?"

"Yes"

"Then you children will just have to start smoking!"

I'm with DIL I'm not a big fan of sardines, but the lasagna looks great.
