1. Get turkey ready to cook.
2. start fire with soaked wood chunks made from bourbon barrels.
3. watch turkey turn and cook
4. save some turkey for sandwiches
5. simmer carcass in water for turkey broth
and soup

Oh yum! That's my favorite way to eat turkey and yours came out beautifully.
my husband, grilldave, did the turkey. he is out in the livingroom right now putting together his new pig roaster! hope it fits through the back door..if not, I have a new coffee table.
