Perfect chuck roast with veggies..and lot's of onions!
There is a roast under all those vegetables. Cooked it low and slow in the oven.
I love my retro table and chairs, tablecloth, fiesta ware, and the menu! It was a hit.

We cut this baby with forks...so tender! I've been testing recipe's for Nathalie Dupree's new cookbook...and this is one from the chapter on beef. It's a winner!!
