Want Some All-Clad?? Memorial Day Contest!

I am giving away a brand new 12 inch all-clad pan with lid...$179.00 value!
I love my all-clad cookware..it is the best. My saucier pan is the bomb.
My all-clad dutch oven is used often. The craftsmanship is awesome.

For more info about All Clad Cookware go here and read about it. Most serious cooks already know about All Clad...it ain't cheap! A full set would cost many bucks. Glad I didn't buy mine! Thanks Bill and Joyce! Actually, they bought it for Dave before we ever met..but it was so pretty he couldn't bring himself to use it. He used to store them in the roll-around dishwasher so the other pots and pans wouldn't beat them up. Once I moved in, their luxurious life ended!

How to win? Post this giveaway on your blog if you have a blog...include this blog address please. If you don't have a blog, send emails to at least 5 of your friends and send them over here to enter. Have them tell me who sent them...first name only. Next, leave a comment about why you really want an All-Clad pan...how it will enhance you life. Be clever..even humorous. A panel of 4 people will choose the winner! You have until Memorial Day..May 31st at noon to get your comments in.

I do this in honor of everyone who has passed away in my family..and in yours- as well as all of the soldiers who died. Some give flowers....I give cookware.

All Clad pan give-away courtesy of Cooking Schmooking....no problem. (Thanks for the idea Margaret!) I bought the pan...it isn't a used one sitting in the cupboard. Ha! Although sending a used pan would be kinda funny.

It will arrive in it's own packaging... within 4 weeks, after the contest ends. I will send the pan anywhere....unless sending it costs more than the pan costs! Make sure you check back within 3 days after the contest is over to see if you are the winner. If you don't claim your prize by commenting, "I won I won" or something like that by June 3rd, the pan goes to the runner-up.

What a great idea! I won't enter but will send 5 people your/our:) way. What if sometime later this summer I sponsor a cheese-making kit give away? ~ Marcia

Marcia....excellent idea, IMO.

Hi Melody! What a great idea! I KNOW I should have the All Clad because my old stuff is worn out! Truly. I have Calphalon and it's worn out. However, I have ONE All Clad saucepan and it's still holding its own after many years and I love it. Just can't afford the $$ right now for a new one and I have MUCH cooking schmooking to do for friends and family during the summer. So hand it over already and don't make me beg!! Haha. Seriously, I'd love to have it but if there's someone else more clever or deserving, well, you know what to do.

The All Clad giveaway will be up at www.undercovercaterer.com tomorrow.

I totally and completely need and desire an All Clad 12 inch pan. Why? Because I don't have one. And I cook A LOT. And it would be helpful to replace the crappy pan I've been cooking on.

Pleeze?

Linda DERSERVES to win the all-clad. Cause if she does she can cook even better meals from her heart!!

Linda is one of the best home cooks I know and is someone who Portland chefs still adore from when she used to be a sort of Chef-herder food-event person.

Hi Melody! Jenn sent me the link to your blog -- we absolutely love it!! Would love even better to get this amazing pan!! Because of the unemployment phase of my life - we've been eating everything at home. This has led me to cook everything we eat. While I'm doing a pretty good job and making delicous recipes - I'm pretty sure this pretty pan would entice my husband and kids to maybe take one more bite! =)

I. NEED. THAT. PAN. My favorite meal of all time is stir fry and my current default pan is sorely under-qualified. This works out to be quite fortunate for my dog who happily eats the food that has been stirred right out of the pan and onto the floor. And I don't own a single pan with a lid. True story. Where do I turn in my chef badge?

Did you see that your blog is #2 on the Sac 25? Cool!

Melly--I need an All Clad pan because without it I'm naked in the kitchen! A post will be up later today on my blog A Fridge Full of Food....and nothing to eat.

Thanks to all of the bloggers who put me up on their blogs..and thanks to all of you who sent "hopefully potential and faithful readers" to my place!! One in the same!

This is fun!

Mel, you know it, you want to pick me..I will make you some kick ass spicy curry and I don't own a single piece of All Clad..WTH :(.

I have posted it on FB the same day :)

Mel - Have sadly never owned a piece of All-Clad cookware...I'm too cheap I guess (and you are so generous to be giving yours away), but I've always admired it from afar. I'm currently using a pan that my boyfriend bought on clearance somewhere and it has no lid. None of my lids fit, so I'm stuck either with one that is too big that directs all condensation drippings onto my stovetop, or one that's too small which pretty seriously limits the volume I can cook in the crappy old pan! Is this too pathetic sounding for words?

I think this amazing pan will make not only the food I cook in it look and taste out of this world, but it will improve the ambiance of my kitchen. And, I have magical fairies living in my dish washer (it's stationary, not the mobile kind) and it would be a real treat for them to get to wash such a lovely pan.

The only All-Clad pan I have is from TJ Maxx in the scratch and dent section.

I would love an All-Clad pan because those babies are the VERY best there is and way too expensive for my budget.

Thanks for the great giveaway. Be sure to stop by my blog giveaway to win a $60 CSN and a $35 Amazon.com gift certificate before midnight PT 5/30 to enter.

Bon Appetite,
jj

Great blog! Sharon emailed me and sent me over. I would love to own this AllClad pot.

Well, I came from the Fifty Factor, who heard about your contest from Nanny Goats.

I would love the pan. Maybe because I don't own any All Clad but have coveted the cookware for years. Maybe because I'm a fairly good cook who would do it justice ; - ) Mostly because I am a teacher in Hawaii that lost 17 days to furloughs this year and will have two kids in college next year. Your contest is about the only place I could get close to All Clad. Finally. I will do a post of the first meal I cook in the pan. And I take pretty pictures.

Oh please count me in. Who couldn't use a new pan? I know I can. Plus, I've never tried all-clad before.

I am supposed to tell you Nanny Goats in Panties sent me!

Melly: I came over from JJ's place.
This is a neat giveaway.

An All-Clad Pan is what I need,
for I have people which to feed.
So what am I to do you say,
why cook the food in only a day.

But I need a pan to cook it in,
If only a All-Clad Pan I could win.
So try to help me, help me please;
and teach me how to cook with ease.

Taradharma said...

Oh Melly, I have always had to buy cheap cheap cookware. Hazards of low income. My CIA trained niece, my friends with the 100k kitchen, and my Culinary Institute trained father all laugh at me. I am too ashamed to cook them meals at my house. But I am humble, and I do what I do with love.

But it sure would be nice to whip out this all-clad pan some enchanted evening, and rock their world!

Ohhohohohohoh....please add me to the list..well why do I need this stunning deliciously tempting pan...because..well..I do..because it is beautiful and after 30 years of cooking..yup oldest is 29 youngest is 6...I so need something that will spark my desire to be the chef I once was. Cause seriously...my family is going to revolt if I serve Hamburger Helper even one more time.
So maybe some panfried Chop Suey or something delicious with chicken and lovely seasonal veggies...see just thinking about that pan gets my creative juices flowing:)
What a wonderful way to celebrate!
Hugs, Sarah
Will post a link on my blog today!

Contest is officially over. The judges are mulling over entries. I am so very sad about several who were eliminated because they didn't follow directions...like the give-away and my blog link for the give-away were not featured on their blog or they did NOT send five people over....

Judges are fair and impartial...just gotta trust that, and are from WYO, and different areas of CA.

Had some fantastic entries!

Unknown said...

Three out of 4 judges chose TaraDharma to win the pan. So congrats to TD!

She just edged out Litany of Brit..a very entertaining blog indeed and one that I will continue to check out. I think Nanny Goats sent her over.

Litany just edged out Laura-What I like...a blog I've been following for some time now.

It was difficult...but that is the decision.
